And now Human Ken Doll Rodrigo Alves, who has famously splashed out more than £500,000 on plastic surgery in recent years, has now revealed that he fears for his life as he prepares to visit his native Brazil for the first time in 17 years.
The 34-year-old, who holds British citizenship, has been the subject of much criticism on social media in his homeland and has admitted that he will be upping his security for the upcoming trip.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline, he said: 'Brazil is where I was born but I consider myself to be British.
'I'm scared for my life to go back as that is the place that I was bullied and victimised when I was younger. I'm always attacked by people there on social media and they talk about me a lot on social media. I spend hours deleting the nasty comments.
Rodrigo revealed that part of his reasoning to go home is to address the relentless online bullying he's faced from his fellow Brazilians.
'I am keen to go there to redress the balance because they are still bullying me,' he added. 'They can be small and narrow minded. I will be making sure I have even more security there.

'I left when I was 18 and I'm nearly 35 now, it will be scary but I'm ready to face it.
'I'm coming back to Brazil to visit my elderly grandmother. I'm on the news almost everyday in Brazil and am under a lot of scrutiny. I'm flying out there to clear the air and show who I really am. I feel very unsafe in Brazil.
Continuing: 'I'm nervous to go out there therefore my agents are looking into a security company to take care of me.'

Speaking about his fourth appearance on the show, he explained: 'I have a contract with Mediaset Italy and once a month I have a one hour slot on Domenica Live with Barbara D’urso, on the show we talk about travel, life style, current affairs and all my latest news.
Adding: 'I've appeared on 63 TV shows across the globe, I'm known everywhere and in Italy thanks to Barbara.'
Following his appearance, he admitted to MailOnline that that he has grown such a following in the Mediterranean country that he has five body guards always in tow.
He shared: 'I have been on this show in Italy a few times. I get so much attention there that I have to have five bodyguards.

'I don’t feel unsafe at all the security is only needed to manage my fans often when I go to a shop they have to close the shops so people stops coming inside for selfies only.
'I don't mind though, this is what I wanted. My fans are so lovely and I am a phenomenon there. Although it can be scary, I wouldn't change it.'
Despite his fandom in Italy, Rodrigo insisted that he won't be going under the knife again unless he needs to and upon reflection regrets some of his more recent procedures.
He said: 'Barbara (D’urso) was shocked when she saw my new look and that I am not having more surgery. I won't have more surgery unless I need it, like something collapses.

'A lot of the things I had before were things I wanted, not needed like the rib removal but looking forward I will still have laser and botox and non invasive things.
And reflecting on his life so far, the TV star shared his fears of aging, admitting he's like 'Peter Pan'.
'I am like Peter Pan, I don't want to get older. There is nothing wrong in getting old but for me, my life started much later, not until my soul and body aligned.'
